HAPPEAK games are provided by Gedas Dambrauskas. This policy explains how our apps handle your information.
APPS AND GAMES COVERED
This policy covers the main HAPPEAK Play app, also known as HAPPEAK Family Play, and the games included within it:

- Memory
- Wooden Stack
- Colour Blocks
- Wooden Blocks
- Cake Mystery
- Traffic Out
- Wooden Paths
- Wooden Towers
- Tangram
- Shapes Puzzle
- Wooden Numbers
- WoodWord
- Wooden Car Race, including its driving logic mode
This policy also covers standalone HAPPEAK versions of these games as they are released and refer to this policy, including HAPPEAK In Order. Listing a game here does not mean that its standalone version is already available.
The way information is handled depends on the features of the app you use. Optional family cloud sharing applies to the main HAPPEAK Play app. Standalone games without family sharing use local storage.
PLAYING ON YOUR DEVICE
You can play without entering an email address or password. Depending on the game, player names or nicknames, game results, scores and preferences are stored locally on your device.
In the main HAPPEAK Play app, earned coins and unlocked themes are also stored locally.
You may use a nickname instead of your real name.
STANDALONE HAPPEAK GAMES
HAPPEAK In Order works offline without an account. Player names, scores and preferences are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or synchronised through Supabase.
Other standalone HAPPEAK games that offer the same local-only features follow these storage practices. The cloud-sharing provisions below do not apply to standalone games without family-sharing features.
If a standalone game introduces cloud sharing or other data collection, this policy and the game’s App Store privacy information will be updated before those features are released.
OPTIONAL FAMILY SCORE SHARING
This section applies to the main HAPPEAK Play app.
If you create or join a family, the app uses Supabase to store and synchronise information between family members’ devices. This includes:
- Player names or nicknames.
- Game results and associated score information.
- Family names, family codes and membership information.
- An automatically generated account identifier used to operate the sharing service.
The app creates a technical account for cloud sharing without requiring an email address or password.
Shared player names and results are associated with your family and can be viewed by people who join using the family code. Share the code only with people you trust.
Local play remains available without joining a cloud family.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information stored locally supports gameplay, saved results and your preferences.
We use cloud information to operate family sharing, identify family members, display saved results and maintain the service.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Our current apps do not include advertising or third-party marketing analytics, and do not track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Supabase provides the authentication and database services used for optional family sharing in the main HAPPEAK Play app. Cloud information is processed through this service on our behalf.
When you connect to the cloud service, technical connection information, such as your IP address, may be processed and recorded by the hosting infrastructure for service operation and security.
Standalone games without cloud features do not use Supabase.
PURCHASES
Where an app offers in-app purchases, payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.
The app may process purchase entitlement information to unlock purchased content or restore purchases.
LINKS TO OTHER APPS AND WEBSITES
Some HAPPEAK games may include links to the main HAPPEAK Play App Store page or to our support and privacy pages.
Following a link opens the destination service. Apple’s privacy practices apply when you use the App Store. Our website’s applicable privacy and cookie notices apply when you visit our website.
Player names and local scores are not included in promotional links to the main app.
SUPPORT
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include. We use this information to respond to your request.
Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for support.
STORAGE AND DELETION
Local information remains on your device until it is removed or the app’s stored data is deleted. We cannot access or delete local-only scores remotely.
Shared family information is retained to provide score sharing until it is deleted or is no longer needed for that purpose. Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete information already stored in the cloud.
To request deletion of cloud information, email gedas@happeak.eu. Tell us which family and player the request concerns.
We may need additional information to verify that you are entitled to request deletion. Please do not send your family code unless we request it.
Support correspondence is retained only as necessary to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations.
CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of optional cloud sharing.
We encourage the use of nicknames and recommend avoiding full names or other identifying details in player and family names.
Standalone games without cloud sharing keep player names and scores locally on the device.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can play locally without using family cloud sharing.
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of your information, or complain to your local data protection authority.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy when our apps or their privacy practices change. The latest version and its update date will appear on this page.
