- Canvas Prints: Due to the personalized nature of canvas prints, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item(s) arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect canvas print, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

We will change a product to a new one or will return the money to you as soon as a faulty product will reach us and is approved.
